Australian Food & Feed Extrusion Course

Mark Bason, Senior Scientist with Newport Scientific will be among the guest lecturers at a specialty food and feed extrusion short course on 13-15 March 2002.

To be held in conjunction with Food Industry Engineering Pty Ltd and the Food Science and Technology Group at the University of Queensland, lectures will be held in Brisbane with a practical workshop at the University of Queensland's Gatton Campus.
