The release of new Rapid Visco Analyser models, RVA-TecMaster with Thermocline for Windows 3 software and standalone RVA-StarchMaster2, has been celebrated with a launch party breakfast at Newport Scientific head office in Sydney.

Both viscometers incorporate a compact, stylish, robust construction with simple calibration check using traceable standards to comply with ISO9000 and quality system requirements.

RVA-TecMaster and RVA-StarchMaster2 are ideal for all starch pasting and viscosity applications in the flour milling and baking, malting and brewing, extruded and cooked foods, gums, ingredients and dairy industries. Agrifood applications include starch characteristics of products such as wheat, rice, corn and potatoes and weather damage testing of wheat, barley and rye.
