Rapid Visco Analyser Accepted as Standard Method in China

“Determination of Viscosity for Flours and Meals with Rapid Visco Analyser” (RVA) has been accepted as a standard method in China. The method can be used for the analysis of starch pasting characteristics in rice and wheat flour and wholemeal, and is listed as Food Profession Standard method number 6101-2002.
